Built for remote teams, by remote teams

It all began with a simple yet universal struggle: a team of passionate individuals, scattered across the globe, trying to stay connected and productive in a world that felt increasingly disconnected. Some worked from bustling cities, others from quiet countryside retreats, but we all shared the same challenge—managing time, tracking progress, and building trust without the right tools.

We tried every tool out there, but nothing quite fit. Time tracking felt invasive, productivity reports were overwhelming, and collaboration tools only added to the chaos.

One night, fueled by frustration and a pot of coffee, we decided to build our own solution. We wanted something simple yet powerful—a tool that could track time, monitor activity, and provide real insights into work. That’s how NeuralOps was born.

What began as a personal project quickly grew into something bigger. Today, NeuralOps is our way of offering that solution to the world. It’s not just a tool; it’s a promise to make work easier, smarter, and more human. Because we’ve been there, and we know how it feels.

Tired of tools that spy instead of help? So were we too.

We were tired. Not just ‘need coffee’ tired—why is work like this? tired.

Tired of

  • Tools that judged (but called it analytics)
  • Tools that spied (but called it insights)

What if a tool actually helped instead?
